2004 – 2005

Designed apartment block is located close to central retail core in Wicklow Town beside tennis courts. Apartment block is situated above the shop unit and comprises apartments from one bedroom to three bedroom apartments with underground garages. Disaster became when original client sold site with permition to local builder :-)
