Traditional design “look of an old English village” was specific task made by client. Negotiation was necessary to obtain approval from the Environment Agency but we have managed to get planning for 114 units with various semidetached and detached houses, duplexes and social housing scheme.
Also the slopes within the site, which were typical of the area, made development of the site more difficult. However, we designed, detailed, and supervised a development of stylish and individual houses for a major local property developer.
