Very difficult challenge with M11 from north seedbed of noise and very sloppy site was a big challenge for all practice. Blocks D1-D6 was design as barrier joint together with brick glass balconies to catch rebound sound and keep courtyard quiet. All bedrooms facing to the north protected by glassed balconies / winter gardens. And all living rooms are facing south to the quiet courtyard overlooking town. Site also consist crèche facility, security kiosk and basement parking
